This adorable blue shortie is Perdita and she was found close to the Walmart on Mobile Highway and was hiding in an elderly woman's yard.  The woman's caretaker made a call and Perdita was picked up as a stray and sadly, never claimed.  Perdita is an adorable short, stocky bully who was born around 9/4/2020 and weighs about 50 pounds.  We would love to have Perdita in a Foster home to see how she does in a home, but right now she is spending most of her time in a kennel and is not thriving.  We did cat test Perdita and she is too interested in them so we do not recommend a home with cats. Since Perdita is a medium sized dog, so we like to recommend a home with a fenced in backyard and/or plans for daily exercise and socialization.
